 Wallace Equipment operates eighteen fully equipped Field Service vehicles all over the Maritimes, in all conditions, and, at all times of the day or night. Because getting your machine repaired fast, the first time, is what Field Service is all about, and in our short Maritime working season productivity is important, and, downtime is your number one enemy. Wallace Equipment's Field Service technicians have an average of 15 years experience working in the Heavy Equipment field, experience to keep your equipment operating at peak performance, experience you can count on.
 When your machine is down, you're not making a living. This is why Wallace Equipment has made a huge commitment to stock the parts you need, when you need them. Our system automatically orders in all the mainteneance and wear items, plus all the parts that put your machine down that can be replaced in two hours or less. We can also pull parts from Deere's huge inventory overnight when needed, and, in-stock items are replenished as soon as sold, through our daily stock order system.
 All our parts and service staff are enrolled in our training program through John Deere University. This ensures they have the latest information at their fingertips to give you the support you need.Our Service Technician's training starts with the Provincial Apprenticeship Repair Program at Trade Schools, and, being enrolled in the Provincial Apprenticeship Program. These programs are completed over a four-year, 8,000-hour period, at which time the Technician takes his Heavy Duty Inter-Provincial Exam. The John Deere Training complements this training up to Level Two, and, Level Three Certification far surpasses basic training with Factory provided instruction that includes; machine families, new machines, latest technology, diagnostics and troubleshooting to make our Technicians the best in the industry.
 During our short Maritime-working season you and your crew work long hours to get the job done. And you guys are the specialists at construction, landscaping, pipe laying, resources, forestry, and all the applications that Deere equipment is used for. Wallace Equipment is the specialist in maintaining your equipment to give you maximum uptime. When your day ends, our day starts, changing oil and filters, inspecting and making the adjustments needed for peak performance.Our on-site maintenance provides the service where and when you need it. We dispose of all environmental waste in accordance to Governmental standards. Install the correct type and grade of oils, quality filters, and, take oil analysis to help predict catastrophic failures and make your equipment last longer. And when it comes to Trade-In-Time, equipment value increases (Ritchie Brothers say a PM machine with oil analysis records get an additional 10%+ higher resale value).
